1. Who processes your data

The data controller is FORTRADERS LTD, operating the EvoStock service (evostock.fortraders.org).

2. What we collect

Account data: name, e-mail address, password as an irreversible hash, interface language, and — when you sign in with Google — the identifier and e-mail from your Google profile.

Usage data: strategies you build, backtest results, reports, messages to the AI assistant, and technical logs (IP address, request time, browser type).

Connected account data: account number, server or exchange, balance and operation history, and access credentials. Credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown back in the interface.

Payment data: card details are processed by Stripe and never reach us. We store only customer and subscription identifiers and the payment status.

3. Why

To provide the service (sign-in, backtesting, account monitoring, execution where it is enabled), to bill subscriptions, to keep the service secure and to investigate failures, and to meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only the processors the service cannot run without: Stripe (payments), Hetzner Online (servers and virtual machines, EU), the AI model provider behind the assistant features (the prompt text, never your trading credentials), and an e-mail provider for account-recovery messages.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

5. Where it is stored

The service infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (Germany). A dedicated hosted machine is created in the same region.

6. How long we keep it

Account data and strategies: while the account exists. Technical logs: up to 90 days. Trading account credentials: until the account is disconnected or access is revoked, after which they are deleted. Payment records: the periods required by accounting and tax law.

7. Your rights

You may obtain a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, restrict or object to processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Disconnecting a specific account and revoking trading access can be done by you in the interface.

8. Cookies

We use technical cookies only: the sign-in session and saved interface preferences (theme, language). There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the site.

9. Children

The service is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact

Changes to this policy are surfaced in the interface. Data requests go through the contact form on the site.
