1. Who provides the service

EvoStock (evostock.fortraders.org) is provided by FORTRADERS LTD («we»). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. What EvoStock is

EvoStock is a software tool: a no-code strategy builder, a historical backtester and a monitoring panel for connected accounts. We supply software, not a financial service.

We do not provide investment advice, do not manage your money, do not hold client funds and do not guarantee any trading outcome. Past backtest results and showcase statistics do not predict future returns.

3. Risk

Trading financial instruments and crypto-assets carries the risk of losing all invested funds. The decision to run any strategy with real money is yours alone, and the resulting losses are yours.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account. One person, one account; access may not be shared. We may suspend an account for abuse, for attempts to bypass technical gates, or for illegal use.

5. Connecting trading accounts

Broker and exchange accounts are connected at your initiative. By default a connection is read-only: quotes, specifications, history and account state.

Server-side execution is available only where it is explicitly enabled for your account: demo accounts and, in beta, a dedicated hosted server on subscription. For every other account the server sends no orders.

You are responsible for making sure that connecting an account and running automated trading does not breach your broker or exchange rules.

6. Dedicated hosted server

The dedicated server is a paid option: a separate virtual machine with a trading terminal that serves one account of yours only. The price is USD 10 per month; payment and cancellation run through Stripe.

The option is in beta and is enabled individually. We do not promise continuous operation: the machine, the terminal or the broker link may be unavailable, and recovery may take time. Monitoring the result of execution remains your responsibility.

Such a server needs trading access to your account. You grant it voluntarily and may revoke it at any time; after revocation we delete the stored access and destroy the virtual machine.

7. Payment and cancellation

Subscriptions are charged in advance for the billing period and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel yourself in the Stripe customer portal; the period you already paid for runs to its end.

We do not refund a billing period that has already started, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Prices may change; a change never applies to a period already paid.

8. Your strategies and our code

Strategies you create belong to you. By publishing a strategy in the marketplace you allow us to display it and to deliver a copy to the buyer under the licence shown on the listing.

The EvoStock software, interface and documentation belong to us. They may not be copied, decompiled or resold beyond what these terms expressly allow.

9. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass limits and access gates, reach other users' data, bulk-scrape content or market data, or use the service for unlawful activity.

10. Liability

The service is provided «as is». To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profit, trading losses or the acts of your broker or exchange, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us over the preceding 12 months.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes and termination

We may change the service and these terms. Material changes are surfaced in the interface; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
